These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and cash88 (hereinafter referred to as "cash88", "we", "our", or "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the cash88 online gaming platform accessible at https://cash88.lat (the "Platform" or "Website").

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an individual who has completed the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player to cash88 for the purpose of funding their Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which cash88 verifies a Player's identity, age, and payment details.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Account Balances, Deposits, and Withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the cash88 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services provided thereunder.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means the activities described in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of those funds (or winnings derived therefrom) may be requested.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer real-money funds from their Account Balance to a designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on cash88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. cash88 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or in which accessing the Platform would violate applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or shareholder of cash88 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, and per shared IP address is permitted.
6. You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by cash88 for a material breach of these Terms.

To register an Account on cash88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point. cash88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify cash88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. cash88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

cash88 is obligated to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") on all Accounts in accordance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policies. KYC verification may be required at the time of registration, at the time of a first withdrawal request, or at any time cash88 deems it necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, or other e-wallet or bank account showing your name and account number); and
• Any additional documentation that cash88 may reasonably request to satisfy its verification obligations.

5.2 Processing Time

cash88 will endeavour to process KYC submissions within three (3) business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending the completion of KYC verification. cash88 shall not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation submitted by the Player.

cash88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), as well as cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, and BNB).

All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. cash88 does not charge internal processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction across all supported payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits must have a minimum fiat-equivalent value of MYR 30 at the time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Source

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. cash88 does not accept deposits made from payment methods registered in the name of a third party. Deposits from suspicious sources may be frozen pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with these Terms.

7.1 Processing Times

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of submission during normal operating hours.
• Gold VIP tier and above: target processing time of less than one (1) hour.
• Requests submitted between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM (MYT) may experience extended processing times.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary by VIP tier. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above the stated daily limits should contact customer support in advance to make arrangements.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. cash88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

cash88 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out herein.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements range from 8× to 12× the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Wagering must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited.

8.2 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Standard slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the promotion terms page. Jackpot slots may be excluded entirely.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

cash88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and collusive play. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their Account closed without prior notice.

8.4 Cash88 Referral Bonus

The Refer A Friend bonus of RM88 per successful referral requires the referred player to complete KYC verification and make their first qualifying deposit. Referrals to family members residing at the same address, or to individuals sharing a device or IP address, are not eligible. cash88 reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all referral claims.

All games available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

9.1 Game Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games offered on the Platform use independently certified RNG systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games reflect the statistical long-term average payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

9.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other platform failure during a game session, cash88 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the affected round based on available system data. Where a reliable outcome cannot be determined, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account. cash88's decision in such matters is final.

9.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules of the specific event and market as displayed at the time the bet is placed. In-play betting odds are subject to change in real time. cash88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where prices were manifestly incorrect due to technical error.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other technological means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or glitches to obtain a financial advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial transaction;
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Opening an Account on behalf of another person;
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform; and
• Engaging in any conduct that cash88 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and user interface elements (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of cash88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Cash88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of cash88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cash88 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Cash88's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cash88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cash88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements exist. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Termination by cash88

Cash88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) cash88 is required to do so by a regulator or law enforcement authority; (c) the Player provides fraudulent documentation; or (d) cash88 determines that continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, cash88 may close an Account and forfeit the Account Balance without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cash88 is incorporated and licenced. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact cash88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. cash88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. cash88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
